Before You Order: Watch Size, Wrist Fit and Strap Width

Three different measurements—and why it helps to keep them separate.

A watch strap can be the right width and still be the wrong fit. That is because the width of the leather, the connection to the watch and the length around your wrist describe different things.

Before ordering an ANIMOVIBE strap, check each one separately.

1. The Leather Body Width

All three current designs have a 22mm leather body width.

This tells you how wide the leather section is. It does not mean that your Apple Watch should have a 22mm case, or that any connector labelled 22mm will fit it.

If you are comparing the designs, their leather body width is the same. The differences are in the colours, panel arrangement and decorative details.

2. Your Watch Model and Case Size

The metal adapter connects the leather strap to your watch. It needs to match the watch, not just the leather width.

Provide both the Apple Watch series and its case size when ordering. Do not rely on a size number alone, particularly if your watch is labelled 42mm.

You can find the case-size marking on the back of your watch. If you are unsure about the model, ask us to confirm the connector option before production begins.

Silver and black connector options are included with the strap. The finish is an appearance choice; compatibility still needs to be selected separately.

3. Your Actual Wrist Measurement

Use a flexible measuring tape around the place where you normally wear your watch. Let it sit against the skin without pulling tight.

Record that measurement without adding extra room. If you prefer a relaxed fit, tell us separately rather than changing the number.

Without a measuring tape, use a strip of paper: wrap it around your wrist, mark the meeting point and measure the strip with a ruler.

Choosing a Size

Our straps are offered in S, M and L. Do not assume that your size in another brand will be the same here.

If you are unsure, send your wrist measurement together with the watch model and case size. We can help check the choice before the strap is made.

Custom wrist sizing is available for an additional US$10 per strap and does not add to the standard production time.

Check the Connection Before Wearing

Once attached, both adapters should lock securely into the watch. Do not force an adapter or wear the strap if the connection feels loose.

A quick fit check is worth doing before the first wear: confirm the connectors are secure and that the strap sits comfortably without excessive pressure.
